We give a 12 month warranty on are machines with proof of perches. Replacement units are available (on availability) while the existing unit is being repaired so little or no disruption is caused.
Engineers will repair the unit as quickly as possible and can deliver back any were in the UK.
If the unit has been misused in any way the warranty will be revoked.

Company returns policy for all of are products the company supplies, provided that the item is returned in the original packaging and is unused and in perfect condition inside 28 days.
